Polka Dot Powerhouse is a community of women from all walks of life. Our members include business owners, professionals, retirees, creatives, public servants, stay-at-home moms, women navigating life transitions, and plenty of women who simply wanted to meet good people and be part of something positive.

What brings us together isn't what we do for a living, instead it's how we show up for one another. We believe in connection over competition, collaboration over comparison, and creating a space where women can feel encouraged, supported, and valued.

Please feel free to bring your own food and/or drink as the venue does not serve any.

About our Speaker: Tami Reed is the founder of HARKEN™ and creator of The Harken Method™, helping people cultivate deeper self trust and reconnect with the wisdom within. An Idaho native, Tami grew up in the small farming community of Cambridge as one of four girls. Known as “the boy” of the family for her adventurous spirit, she was also deeply sensitive and intuitive and often felt she didn’t quite belong. At fourteen, during one of the darkest moments of her life, Tami attempted to end her life. In that moment, she heard a voice say: “Sweetheart, why are you placing your value in other people’s hearts? Your value resides in your own.” Those words changed the course of her life and became the foundation of what she teaches today. Tami is a wife to the man who has lovingly supported every chapter of her evolution, a mother to two incredible sons, and guardian to three beloved fur babies. After earning a Biology degree from Boise State University, she spent more than fifteen years building a successful art and home décor business before a major life shift led her to the work she does today. Through HARKEN™, The Harken Method™, Quantum Human Design™, and her DreamSeeding Circles™, Tami helps others better understand themselves, trust their inner guidance, and live more fully as who they are becoming. The wisdom is within.

SPEAKER APPLICATION PROCESS

Our speakers help educate, inspire, and encourage our members through topics that support personal and professional growth.

Rather than delivering a sales presentation, we ask speakers to focus on sharing valuable insights, experiences, and practical takeaways. When members connect with your message, relationships naturally follow.

Selected speakers receive a 20-minute presentation slot, including audience questions. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure a variety of topics and perspectives throughout the year. Because our calendar is planned well in advance, submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.
